Sodium hydrosulfite, also known as sodium hydrosulphite, is a white sandy crystal or yellowish powder chemical. As sulfur is in the middle valence state, sodium dithionite has strong reducibility and strong oxidation.

Application: Sodium hydrosulfite powder is widely used in reductive dyeing, reductive cleaning, printing and decolorization of textile industry and bleaching of fabrics such as silk, wool and nylon.

Storage: Stored in a cool, dry, ventilated and covered warehouse to avoid direct sunlight. Keep away from heat sources and do not mix with water or steam. It shall not be mixed with oxidant or other inflammables.
